TRICYCLE USED FOR POLICE PATROL:

This is so funny , a tricycle "keke napep" is used for police patrol in Ondo state. I was first doubting this until I look closely at the hand in the picture I can see a police uniform with a batch.Tricycle is light and can't be used to chased criminal because it accelerting power can be compared to that of a vehicle.
