The media team of Justin Bieber is threatening to sue The New York Daily News over nude photos of the Justin Bieber on vacation in Bora Bora. Justin representatives at the law firm of Myman Greenspan Fineman Fox Light LLP has asked for the immediate removal of the photos from its website.
“We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing,”

The nude photos which was originally published on Wednesday show the stripped-down star taking a dip in his private pool with model Jayde Pierce. Bieber’s legal team states the publication of the photos represents a violation of the singer’s publicity and privacy rights. According to the letter, the photos also infringe on Bieber’s trademarks.
