HOW TO GET 6PACKS IN ONE WEEK:

Most guys and some girls are keen on having 6packs ,75% of guys want to have this to impress the ladies.Here are some to take if u want to have 6packs.
1.Eat good food: After your work out ,u have to take nutritional food especially protein .After your work out you will be hungry,so learn to eat good food and don't over eat just take little quantity with high quality.
2.Jugging & Cycling: You have do some jugging and cycling to build ur abs to be strong.
3.Push-up: You will need to do push-ups also to build your chest and abs .At least you have to do 30 pushups in the morning,afternoon and night.
4.Stay Away from Fat and Oils: During this period u have to stay away from fat and oil,Remember by exercising your body you are burning fats.
5.Sleep: After all this you need a lot of rest after ur workout.
