TRAILERS, TANKERS STILL MOVING IN LAGOS DESPITE THE RESTRICTION :

                       Tankers and trailers have been restricted not to from 6am- 9am, due to the incident that has been happened lately . The influx that move around that time is so high eesoecially people going to their place of work. Seems some  tanker and trailer drivers are reluctant and adamant to obey .I wait for the law to bounce on them .
