Two year after the transplant his hair went back to its former self .His doctors says he needs a second transplant surgery. I think Rooney forgot that the baldness is encoded in his gene.

Popular wrestler/actor is second on the list of bald celebrities .When he was younger he use to be on low cut, but this picture is just a photoshop picture.He head is always shinning .
